OUR SELLING PROCESS

Selling is a three stage process

  1. Preparing your property
    You will have only one chance to make a good first impression. Let us get you started with staging your property, making suggestions to make your home irresistible, pricing it right, photos and signage.
  2. Exposing your property to the world
    Your property will be exposed to the entire surrounding market area through the MLS, 24/7 advertising on many other top search websites such as Zillow and Realtor.com, open houses, local newspaper advertising, agent contact and our personal contact with our past clients, calling initiatives and marketing flyers.
  3. Finalizing the sale
    Our skilled negotiators help negotiate the best price and terms for you with great success from our years of experience and number of successful transactions! We’ll be able to use those skills through the inspection and appraisal process as well.
